Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least five years in industrial, manufacturing, or laboratory settings.
• Willingness to learn new technology, instrumentation, and processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems including BAS, pneumatic, vacuum, electrical, and PLCs.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams and P&IDs.
• Follow procedures and accurately record data; work safely in an industrial and radiation environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform routine and non-routine installation, maintenance, calibration, testing and repair of equipment in a nuclear isotope production facility.
• Troubleshoot equipment, analyze performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Keep training current and follow regulatory requirements.
• Support department budget through cost-conscious decisions and best practices.
• Develop or assist in work instructions for maintenance activities and document results.
