Job summary

Constellation is seeking an Instrument Technician to assist mechanics in locating and correcting issues in mechanical and electrical control systems at a generating station. You will inspect, calibrate, and repair instruments and gauges, supporting safety and reliability of operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to pass testing, and unescorted nuclear access, with strong communication and teamwork skills to operate across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist instrument mechanics in locating and correcting trouble in control systems and instruments of generating station equipment.
• Inspect, clean, adjust, calibrate, and repair instruments; test electronic tubes and replace defective parts.
• Inspect gauges, manometers, flow meters and thermometers; maintain and calibrate as needed.
