Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Cranberry Township, PA, seeks a Fuel Solutions Manager responsible for product planning and execution across the lifecycle. You will gather requirements, shape strategy with Product Management, and work with manufacturing, marketing, and commercial teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

You will report to the Director of Fuel Hardware & Engineering Solutions, with no relocation provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline required.
Minimum 10 years of strong and proven technical leadership progression in the nuclear industry required.
Knowledge with Nuclear Fuel technology software products.
Excellent team building skills with ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Monitor market trends, customer buying patterns and competitors to feed product marketing plans and support capture teams.
Assess and analyze the market for the product offerings.
Define, validate, and implement business cases to grow Westinghouse market share and deliver customer value.
Articulate and implement Value Selling Proposition.
Provide accountability and leadership for select Nuclear Fuels project as Project Sponsor.
Inform product roadmaps by voice of the Customer and participate in NPI gate reviews.
