Job summary

MELE Associates, Inc. seeks a Nuclear Forensics Program Analyst to support NA-83 with coordination of interagency and programmatic efforts, including meeting support and report preparation. The role focuses on NF programs and reports to NA-83 management.

Responsibilities include developing strategic planning documents, interfacing with interagency partners and DOE labs, coordinating documents, and drafting communications. Travel may be required; on-site in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Nuclear Forensics or related USG experience.
  • U.S. citizen with an ACTIVE DOE Q or DoD Top-Secret clearance; background checks and polygraph where required.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams; ability to transform drafts into final products.
  • Ability to work with clients and teams in a fast-changing consulting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop interagency strategic planning documents for nuclear forensics programs.
  • Brief management and interact with interagency partners and DOE labs.
  • Coordinate interagency NF documents; synthesize technical information and adjudicate comments.
  • Draft strategic communications and assist with planning for interagency efforts.
  • Provide meeting support, develop read-ahead materials, and track program progress.
  • Develop and implement technical guidance and directives for NF missions.
