Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be available on-call for 3 shifts per week with a $50 monthly incentive.
• 12.5 hour shift; physical requirements may include standing, walking, climbing.

Responsibilities

• Fire watch personnel support nuclear operations by providing safety measures.
• Visually monitor locations to identify signs of combustion (smoke, fire, heat).
• Assess high hazard conditions (e.g., welding) that may lead to fire.
• Operate fire suppression equipment per procedures and training.
• Complete paperwork and notify team members in emergencies.
• Wear PPE and follow radiological area procedures.
• Adhere to Westinghouse, Dominion and Millstone Power Plant regulations.
