Job summary

Aalo Atomics in Austin, TX is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to coordinate the Field Operations Department and support the Field Operations Manager in daily activities. You will provide administrative, technical, and operational backbone to keep projects, personnel, training, and field activities aligned across engineering, licensing, and testing teams.

Responsibilities

Assist the Field Operations Manager in daily operations, planning, and coordination.
Coordinate personnel, travel, logistics, and resources for field projects.
Serve as liaison between Field Operations and engineering teams on design changes and priorities.
Maintain certifications, qualifications, and training records to ensure compliance.
Coordinate and administer required training programs including radiation worker safety and equipment training.
Develop and maintain Field Operations procedures and readiness initiatives.
