EnergySolutions in Seneca, SC seeks a Project Manager to lead and execute assigned projects, ensuring safety, cost control, schedule adherence, and contract compliance. You will maintain strong client relationships and drive project success from planning through delivery.

The role requires coordinating with multiple crafts, vendors, and plant leaders, with emphasis on safety, quality, and operational excellence to support EnergySolutions' strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Unescorted access to a nuclear power plant.
• Mechanical and welding skills using written and oral instructions.
• Shift work availability and ability to support other crafts when needed.
• Ability to work in varying heights, confined spaces, extreme heat/cold, loud environments.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and trustworthiness.
• Ability to obtain and maintain working knowledge of EnergySolutions and client manuals, procedures, and tools.
• Must pass EnergySolutions and client-specific training and qualifications.
• Subject to call-out for emergent nuclear station work; overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.
• Must meet background, drug, and alcohol screening requirements for nuclear facility access.

• Scope Identification & Management across project phases.
• Resource Planning for labor, equipment, materials, and technical resources.
• Manpower Direction and oversight of project personnel.
• Workflow Coordination from planning to completion within budget.
• Risk Prediction & Mitigation related to engineering design and vendor performance.
• Cost Control to meet financial targets and manage contracts.
• Influence & Leadership to guide actions beyond direct supervision.
• Client & Plant Communication with mid-level leaders and stakeholders.
• Vendor Oversight to monitor timelines, quality, and scope.
• Additional Duties supporting EnergySolutions' objectives.
