Qualifications

• HVAC systems experience in industrial or commercial settings.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and symbols.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair in industrial or commercial setting.
• Operate forklifts with safe material handling practices.
• Maintain plumbing systems including piping, valves, and drainage.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and reliability checks.
• Basic electrical knowledge to support cross-functional tasks.
• Welding and fabrication for repair and modifications.
• Comply with OSHA standards in an industrial environment.
• Work in a regulated energy or manufacturing setting with procedures.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
