Job summary

Blue Energy seeks a Head of Technical Integration to act as the accountable Technical Authority for its EPC and engineering services contracts, ensuring full conformance with owner requirements, codes, and regulatory standards.

You will lead a technical integration team, govern SOPs and assurance frameworks, manage cross‑contract interfaces, and drive CAPA and MOC processes to protect the owner's interests across a multi‑contract portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • 5+ years in a technical authority, engineering management, design assurance, or technical integration role.
  • 12–15 years of progressive engineering experience on nuclear, power, oil & gas, or large, complex infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading design reviews and managing multidisciplinary technical interfaces.
  • Experience in management of change and the technical evaluation of change orders on live contracts.
  • 3+ years of team leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
  • Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license; nuclear/energy project experience; owner’s engineer background.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the accountable Technical Authority for the contract portfolio.
  • Establish and enforce the technical assurance framework across contracts.
  • Lead technical interface management between suppliers and owner.
  • Participate in design reviews (PDR/CDR) and ensure Q&A closure.
  • Lead Management of Change and evaluation of Change Order requests.
  • Oversee CAPA program and ensure corrective actions are tracked to closure.
