Insight Global seeks a technical leader to guide neutronics software development for reactor core simulation and monitoring. You will balance hands-on coding with team leadership and regulatory support, advancing advanced codes and methodologies.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and engage customers through presentations and technical consultations in person or virtually.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering.
• 5+ years in nuclear engineering, neutronics, core simulator or monitoring methods.
• Experience with Fortran, Python, C/C++ or similar languages.
• Experience supporting software codes, methods or analytic tools.
• Experience with regulatory activities or interactions with regulatory bodies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop engineers.

Mansioni
