Job summary

The University of Utah’s Nuclear Engineering Program invites applications for up to two full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor positions starting August 1, 2027. Successful candidates will teach undergraduate and graduate courses and establish an externally funded research program.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in nuclear engineering or a closely related field by the hire date, demonstrate strong communication skills, and commit to teaching and research, including pursuing federal funding
