Hogan Lovells Cadwalader US LLP in Washington, DC, seeks a junior associate with approximately two to four years of experience to join our Energy Regulatory practice, focusing on Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear work.

The Energy Regulatory practice is among the largest and most diverse in the United States, representing clients on transactions, projects, and regulatory matters across nuclear, gas, LNG, electric and renewable energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be a member of the Bar in the United States.
• Experience with NRC or DOE nuclear work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on NRC and DOE nuclear regulatory matters.
• Represent clients in energy regulatory proceedings across NRC, DOE, FERC and related spaces.
• Support transactions, projects, and regulatory matters involving nuclear, gas, LNG, electric and renewable energy spaces.
