Zusammenfassung

APTIM is seeking a Project Manager to lead nuclear decontamination and decommissioning efforts in Los Alamos, NM. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop plans and baselines, and ensure schedules and budgets align with the contract SOW.

The role requires EVMS experience, Primavera P6 proficiency, and strong leadership of multi-discipline groups in high-stakes environments. Local or non-local candidates willing to travel may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physical Science, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of DOE Order 413.3B.
• 3+ years EVMS experience with Primavera P6 or similar project management software.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams to achieve project objectives.
• Experience in nuclear operations, engineering design, and/or D&D/remediation.
• DOE facilities experience with EVMS, baseline management, ES&H, QA.
• Minimum of 7 years project management supervisory experience on large, complex projects with radioactive waste.
• Strong technical writing and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Teams, Power BI).
• U.S. citizen and able to be badged at LANL.
• Position based in Los Alamos, NM; travel may be required.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain a project organization across disciplines.
• Direct all project management phases from initiation to closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact.
• Ensure EVMS, risk management, and planning are effective.
• Track progress against baselines; resolve discrepancies early.
• Coordinate work planning with operations and engineering to maintain schedules and costs.
• Interface with operations and planners/schedulers.
• Supervise daily project personnel and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Establish safety and quality programs.
• Plan and control projects per company policies and requirements.
• Proactively resolve customer issues.
• Prepare internal and client progress reports.
