Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Senior IT Cyber Security Leader to plan and manage resources across the Clean Energy Centers at Quad Cities, Dresden and Byron. The role requires onsite presence at least 3 days a week or as operations demand, and will support NRC-compliant cyber security programs and site plans.

You will lead a team of analysts and engineers, coordinate with IT and business partners, manage project scope, schedule and budgets, and drive continuous improvement to meet top-quartile cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience managing budgets for functional area of responsibility
• Knowledge of business practices and processes related to role
• Experience leading IT projects or sub teams and knowledge of IT project management
• Ability to convey complex technical information to technical and nontechnical audiences
• PMP certification preferred for specific roles per IT PMO guidelines

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Cyber Security Analysts and Engineers in providing cyber security operations and NRC compliance
• Support internal and external security audits and inspections
• Maintain cyber defensive infrastructure equipment and processes
• Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with business and IT partners
• Lead IT projects and coordinate system integrators for medium to high complexity
• Manage IT staff and resources per the IT Business Plan
• Maintain current business knowledge and apply tech solutions to deliver results
• Operate using standard processes defined in the Management Model
• Oversee process improvement and standardize procedures for cost and performance
