Job summary

Constellation is seeking a senior Cyber Security leader to oversee operations for Clean Energy Centers including Quad Cities, Dresden, and Byron. The role requires on-site presence at least three days weekly and involves managing resources, budgets, and strategy to ensure NRC-compliant security programs.

You will lead a team of analysts and engineers, drive incident response, audits, and continuous improvement while aligning with IT partners and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cyber Security Operations and incident response.
• Understanding of NRC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading IT security teams and projects; PMP is preferred for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Cyber Security Analysts and Engineers in security operations.
• Ensure compliance with NRC regulations and support audits.
• Manage budgets and resource planning for security projects and programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with business and IT partners.
• Plan and manage security projects from scoping to delivery.
