Job summary

PG&E’s Diablo Canyon Power Plant seeks a Nuclear Procurement Specialist to develop, award, administer, and manage service contracts supporting plant operations, maintenance, projects, and outages.

The role requires independent judgment, compliance with laws and policies, and collaboration with Legal, Finance, Risk, Safety, and other partners to deliver practical, commercially sound contracting solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ supply chain experience with PG&E or 4 years with another company.
• AA degree in Business or related discipline or professional certifications listed.
• Experience in developing, negotiating, awarding, and administering service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from development to administration and changes.
• Create, negotiate, and manage SAP master data and outlines.
• Assess supplier performance and drive cost/quality improvements.
• Negotiate and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
