Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc.'s Nuclear Design Group offers an internship for civil and structural engineering students. You’ll design and strengthen infrastructure, gain hands-on industry experience, and contribute to energy projects in a collaborative environment.

Ideal applicants are ABET‑accredited degree candidates in civil or structural engineering, with courses in steel, concrete, and analysis; able to travel, climb stairs, and work outdoors; ready to start between May and June 2027.

Qualifications

• Graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors.
• Preferred grad date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available to start on dates between May 2027 and June 2027.
• Preferred Courses: Steel, Concrete, and Structural Analysis.
• Solid foundation with core concepts of the major.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
• Must be able to navigate client sites to conduct walkdowns and work outdoors.
• Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects.
