Job summary

IntelliPro seeks a Civil Engineer III for a 12-month contract at a client power station in Surry, VA. The role involves developing and reviewing design changes, calculations, and technical evaluations to support capital projects and license renewal.

Travel up to 50% is required; 4x10 day shifts with 6x12 during outages and potential night shifts. A PE license and nuclear experience are essential, with strong steel/concrete design capability and vendor collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability in steel and concrete design.
• Proficient in the nuclear Standard Design Process and license/design basis assessment per 10CFR50.59.
• Construction and implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review design changes, calculations, and technical evaluations for major capital projects.
• Collaborate with Engineers of Choice and vendors to confirm designs meet technical specs and design/license basis.
• Support outage activities and ensure compliance with station design requirements.
