Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead field sampling and laboratory activities in support of the Clean Energy Center.

You will ensure compliance with chemistry and radioanalytical programs, coach technicians, and drive quality and safety performance across projects. You will supervise technicians, manage schedules and budgets, participate in emergency response rotations, and steward regulatory requirements and training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED with 9 years overall experience, which includes 3 years related experience OR
• Associate's degree with 7 years overall experience, which includes 3 years related experience OR
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years overall experience, which includes 3 years related experience AND Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 (4.4.4) Standard, 'Selection, Qualification, and Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants'

Responsibilities

• Supervise chemistry technicians obtaining samples and conducting lab analysis.
• Lead and provide support for Chemistry related projects.
• Review CEC work schedules to coordinate maintenance or operations with chemistry activities.
• Schedule and execute all CEC samples and analyses, including regulatory samples.
• Oversee quality lab instrument operation and chemical hygiene.
• Manage technician policies, scheduling, and budgets.
• Participate in Emergency Response Organization rotation and Chemistry on Call Rotation.
• All other duties per company policy or as directed by management.
