Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a leader to supervise field sampling and laboratory activities for the Clean Energy Center. You will ensure compliance with chemistry and radioanalytical programs, provide coaching to technicians, and oversee schedules and budgets.

The role requires meeting ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standards and substantial experience in nuclear plant chemistry leadership. Strong mentoring and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standards for nuclear personnel.
• Senior level experience in chemistry supervision with regulatory awareness.
• Experience coaching and mentoring technicians is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise chemistry technicians obtaining samples and conducting lab analyses.
• Lead and support chemistry-related projects and scheduling.
• Review work schedules to align with maintenance and operations.
• Ensure scheduling and execution of all CEC samples and analyses.
• Oversee instrument operation and chemical hygiene practices.
• Manage technician policies, scheduling, and budgets.
• Participate in Emergency Response and Chemistry on-Call rotations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field

Associate's degree

High School diploma/GED with experience
