Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer or developer.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support and data reconciliation for NCAT Cloud–based system.
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions; provide training as needed.
• Coordinate with client and contractor teams; ensure current configuration data within NCAT.
• Offer experience-based recommendations to project leadership and mentor Stakeholder Managers.
