Job summary

Finezi Inc. is seeking a Principal Category Leader with nuclear industry expertise to lead strategic sourcing initiatives. The role requires negotiating contracts and managing category strategies across Tier 1 and 2 suppliers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
ISM CPSM and Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
Experience in procurement, or related field, is required.
Experience in contract management and strategic sourcing with 10+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

Conducts market research and supplier risk analysis to verify financial health of existing and potential suppliers.
Creates and maintains category plans.
Develops and reviews performance data with suppliers and drives value discovery.
Develops and sustains strategic relationships with tier 1 and 2 suppliers.
Leads cross-functional teams through strategic sourcing processes and negotiates mid-complexity spend categories.
Leads development of category strategies of medium complexity.
Maintains awareness of industry and market trends through ongoing research.
Serves as subject matter expert for specific commodities or services.
