GE Vernova is seeking a member of the LOCA, Containment & Stability Analysis Team to perform safety analysis for Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) plants based in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline and at least one year of experience in thermal-hydraulic stability analysis. Responsibilities include conducting various safety analyses, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and supporting new fuel designs. Additional qualifications include experience with BWR technology and T-H systems codes.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in plant T-H Stability Safety Analysis.
Experience with BWR technology and licensing requirements.
M.S. Degree in Nuclear Engineering is preferred.
