Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services seeks an Air-Operated Valve Reliability Analyst for nuclear sites, offering 100% travel and a short-term contract (~4–6 weeks). You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and data-driven repairs on AOVs, interpret blueprints and technical docs, and document work for first-time quality compliance.

Required: 3+ years in the nuclear industry on AOV/actuator maintenance, training via EPRI or Navy nuclear background, and willingness to work overtime with safety rules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in nuclear industry focused on AOV/actuator maintenance.
• Ability to interpret blueprints/schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience with safety protocols and OSHA rules in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate functional post-maintenance tests on AOVs.
• Analyze test data and recommend precise repairs for first-time quality.
• Document steps per work orders and ensure completeness of records.
• Conduct diagnostic testing per customer specifications and procedures.
