You will spearhead initiatives to meet EBITDA and productivity targets, guiding a team to embed AI into core engineering processes with Lean principles and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a track record in large-scale transformation, strong leadership, and deep expertise in AI/DS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or data science; 10+ years in technical engineering or digital environments; 5+ years in a leadership role driving large-scale transformation.

Responsibilities

• Champion the AI/Data Science revolution across the organization to drive rapid adoption.
• Architect and implement AI-driven strategies tied to EBITDA growth goals by 2028.
• Lead a transformation to double engineering productivity via automation, AI as a knowledge partner, and virtual validation engines.
• Head a high-performing team to integrate AI-enabled capabilities with regulatory compliance and strategy alignment.
• Drive Lean + AI-based waste identification and standard-work improvements across engineering processes and kaizen activities.
• Own KPIs for AI initiatives to ensure timely problem solving and measurable business impact.
