Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive ongoing management of AI infrastructure and SaaS applications within the DevOps lifecycle, ensuring business continuity and service quality.

You will own incident response, RCA reviews, SLA/SLO reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with development, operations, and leadership to improve reliability and scale across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with SaaS incident management.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, DevOps & CI/CD.
• Experience with ITIL and SLA/SLO governance.
• AI/ML application operations experience.
• Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational owner for AI application infrastructure, monitoring health and incidents.
• Lead RCA reviews and Push to Production readiness meetings.
• Own and report SLA/SLO performance metrics with dashboards.
• Influence operational strategy, resource planning and tooling roadmap.
• Mentor team members and align development, operations, and business stakeholders.
