We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Remote, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).

1. Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions using leading platforms like Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and transform them into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
3. Create, enhance, and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient cloud applications and integrations.
4. Apply industry best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing methodologies, and documentation.
5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, product managers, and quality assurance, to ensure successful solution delivery.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders.
7. Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in cloud technologies, the consumer goods industry, and the Salesforce platform.
8. Identify and resolve technical issues on time, ensuring smooth operations.
9. Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure compliance with established coding standards and best practices.
10. Collaborate with the infrastructure team to optimize performance, scalability, and security of cloud-based solutions.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

1. Maintain overall responsibility for technical resolutions as per the customer standards/requirements to ensure the success of the project.
2. Understand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project success.
3. Daily activities include but are not limited to: Understand customer requirements from BA and seek clarifications.
4. Ownership for resolution of Incidents, minor and standard changes for the respective technology tower.
5. Update PM on issues/roadblocks in adhering to the timelines for tasks allocated.
6. All development should comply with Salesforce.com recommended standards and avoid creating duplicate Fields, Objects, Validation, or any Configurations, etc.
7. Attend meetings set up by PM and update the status of tasks allocated.

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3+ years of related Salesforce experience as a cloud consultant.
2. Experience of CG Cloud.
3. Sales or Service Cloud Certification Mandatory.
