7 Brew in Georgia is hiring a Quarterback to lead New Stand Operations across markets, driving training, culture, and operational excellence. You will work with Stand Leaders, MITs, and teams to build confident, high-energy crews and ensure each opening meets standards.

This role requires 4+ years of leadership in fast-paced hospitality, willingness to travel 4–6 weeks at a time up to 70% annually within Georgia, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in restaurant, coffee, retail, or high-volume service.
• Open availability and ability to travel 4–6 weeks at a time, up to 70% annually, primarily within Georgia.
• Brings energy, urgency, and enthusiasm to team environments.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Strong operational knowledge and coaching abilities to hold leaders accountable.

Responsibilities

• Track stand readiness and hold new Stand Leaders accountable to NSO goals and timelines.
• Train, coach and support teams on Motley 7 Brew standards, drink quality, and speed of service.
• Provide in-depth training on operational platforms and procedures.
• Ensure stands are prepared for opening with inventory oversight and cost control.
• Lead opening weeks with hands-on leadership and real-time problem solving.
• Spearhead Drink Drops to drive community engagement and sales momentum.
• Partner with Operations, Training, Marketing and Leadership teams.
• Develop MITs through regular check-ins and action plans.
