  • Serve as the central point of coordination for project scope, schedule, configuration, and readiness activities.
  • Drive execution of customer-specific configurations, engineering changes, BOM modifications, NSRs, CES requests, and other non-standard requirements.
  • Assess and communicate the impact of project changes on delivery schedules, manufacturing readiness, and shipment commitments.
  • Facilitate project reviews, readiness reviews, production status meetings, and issue resolution activities.
  • Monitor project health and performance, identifying constraints and initiating recovery plans when commitments are at risk.
  • Partner with Master Scheduling, Operations Management, and BMO teams to prioritize deliverables and maintain execution alignment.
  • Lead risk identification and mitigation activities, ensuring project risks are proactively managed and escalated when necessary.
  • Coordinate resolution of manufacturing, quality, material, and engineering issues affecting project execution.
  • Support shipment readiness activities, including final test coordination, documentation reviews, and production release requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, action-item tracking, schedule status, and project metrics.
  • Provide timely status updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance NSO execution efficiency, predictability, and customer delivery performance.
Success in This Role Requires
