WellSpan Health in York, PA is seeking a dedicated NSICU unit receptionist/clinical support team member for the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit. You will greet visitors, handle calls, transcribe orders, and maintain accurate patient records in a fast-paced critical care setting.

Work is 36 hours per week with a 7:00 am–7:00 pm shift and an every-3rd weekend plus rotating holiday requirement. The role supports the care delivery team and patient flow in NSICU.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Greet and direct visitors and provide central contact for telephone calls.
• Transcribe physician orders and maintain patient records and charting.
• Enter and retrieve data using hospital information systems and ensure confidentiality.
