Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment, including adjusting voltage, amperage, and gas flow.
• Inspect materials and completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Clean and prepare surfaces prior to welding (grinding, cutting).
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or safety concerns.
