Job summary

Nemean Solutions LLC, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a veteran-operated company offering advanced Military Intelligence, Cloud IT services, and training for Federal and State Agencies. This role supports the National Simulation Center at Fort Lee, VA as a Constructive Simulation Functional Operator within NSC Support Operations.

Responsibilities include planning and executing MCIS training, classroom setup, system networking, and coaching personnel during exercises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (associated discipline) or 5 yrs. experience in IS development, training, or related fields.
• 5 yrs. service in, or support to, the Army or other national defense service.
• 3 yrs. experience developing and providing IT or MCIS teaching experience (JLCCTC, WARSIM, C2WSPTT, etc.).
• Experience with scenario development and analytical assessments of systems.
• Knowledge of JELC process; experience providing operator and functional training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Successful experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and executes MCIS and Simulation training at levels from Squad to Corps.
• Performs classroom setup, networking of systems, and instruction on simulations and mission command systems.
• Executes training IAW POIs following approved course times.
• Provides individual MCIS training ensuring certification.
• Teaches and coaches during exercises on simulation functionality and operations.
• Operates simulation system during training events when required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
