Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC in Fort Lee, VA, is seeking a Constructive Simulation Functional Operator to support the National Simulation Center (NSC) within MTCCS II efforts. You will plan, coordinate, and execute MCIS and simulation training, set up classrooms, network systems, and deliver instruction in accordance with POIs, ensuring 90% course completion and certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 yrs. experience in IS development, training, or related fields.
• 5 yrs. service in, or support to, the Army or other national defense service.
• 3 yrs. experience developing and providing IT or MCIS training.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and executes MCIS and Simulation training across echelons.
• Sets up classrooms, networks systems, and instructs on simulations and mission command.
• Delivers instruction per approved POIs and ensures on-time course completion and certification.
• Coaches during exercises; operates simulation systems as needed; supports related tasks.
