Job summary

KBR is seeking a Security Manager to oversee facility security operations, access control, incident response, and security personnel. The Security Manager ensures compliance with security requirements while maintaining a safe and secure environment for personnel and assets. This will be an onsite, full-time deployment to NSA Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant security experience, supervisory ability, and the capacity to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required;Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of security, military, law enforcement, or force protection experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of physical security, access control, and incident management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

• Oversee access control, visitor management, and key control programs.
• Conduct security assessments and investigate incidents.
