Job summary

KBR 0A0 is seeking a Fuels Distribution Foreman to oversee fuel storage, handling, and distribution operations in support of mission-critical activities. The Foreman supervises personnel, ensures safe, efficient operations, and maintains compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

This is an onsite role with full deployment to NSA Bahrain in Manama. The role emphasizes leadership in fuel operations, inventory control, and adherence to contractual standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in fuel distribution, petroleum operations, or logistics.
• Minimum 2+ years in supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of fuel storage, transfer systems and fuel quality control procedures.
• Ability to use computerized inventory or work management systems.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fuel storage, receipt, transfer and distribution operations.
• Lead and direct staff to ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Monitor inventories and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Coordinate fuel deliveries and support operational requirements.
• Inspect facilities, vehicles and equipment for readiness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and mentorship on fuel handling procedures.

Job Summary

The Foreman supervises fuel distribution personnel, ensures safe and efficient operations, and maintains compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.

**This will be an onsite position with fulltime deployment to NSA Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fuel storage, receipt, transfer, and distribution operations.

• Lead and direct fuel distribution personnel to ensure safe and efficient performance.

• Monitor fuel inventories and maintain accurate records and reports.

• Coordinate fuel deliveries and support operational requirements.

• Inspect fuel facilities, vehicles, and equipment to ensure operational readiness.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct training and mentor personnel on fuel handling procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 5+ years of fuel distribution, petroleum operations, or logistics experience.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.

• Knowledge of fuel storage, transfer systems, and fuel quality control procedures.

• Ability to use computerized inventory and work management systems.

• Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. Government or military operations.

• Knowledge of bulk fuel facilities, hydrant systems, and fuel accountability requirements.

• OSHA, HAZWOPER, or related safety certifications.
