Job summary

SupportFinity is seeking a Range Safety Officer to oversee safe shooting activities and range operations. The role requires extensive firearms knowledge and the ability to supervise customers and staff across all lanes.

The RSO will provide orientation for new and daily shooters, enforce SOPs, and ensure compliance with safety protocols while delivering excellent customer service on the range and in retail settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; NRA certification preferred.
• Ability to perform CPR and First Aid.
• Strong communication and instruction skills for shooter safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all activity on the shooting lanes at all times.
• Keep all areas sanitary, clean and within the law.
• Provide excellent customer service on the range and at the point of sale with proper safety knowledge.
• Maintain a professional and courteous appearance and demeanor.
• Evaluate range conditions and make necessary adjustments.
• Teach customers how to operate lanes and targets.
• Know and follow emergency response plans at all times.
• Report daily to the Store Manager on operational issues.
