Qualifications

• NQ+ Solicitor or ILEX/CILEX with interest in property litigation.
• Experience with landlord and tenant disputes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil and commercial property litigation matters including L&T, dilapidations, service charges, rent recovery, and possession claims.
• Assist with easements/rights of way disputes as part of a busy department.

Established recognised practice based in Tunbridge Wells seeks a Litigation Solicitor (NQ+) or ILEX/CILEX to join a busy department (hybrid working).

You will be joining a Legal 500 practice with 30 staff members, working alongside the firms Partner and member of the Property Litigation Association dealing mainly with residential & commercial property litigation matters. Experience dealing with L&T, Dilapidations, Service Charge, Rent Recovery disputes, Possession claims and Easements/Rights of Way required. Any additional experience with LVT/Enfranchisement disputes, RTM claims or some knowledge of Insolvency/Employment law would be an advantage.

This role offers hybrid working (2 days a week WFH). Candidates at NQ level and above should apply.
