Job summary

Levy is seeking an NPO Coordinator to staff the Concessions department, recruit and train volunteers, and schedule groups for operational coverage. You will collaborate with staff to meet Levy guidelines and ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities include scheduling Non-Profit groups and Concessions team members, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining strong relationships with volunteers and stakeholders to drive retention and engagement.

Qualifications

• Staffing experience in event or concessions settings.
• Experience with Non-Profit groups is a plus.
• Strong communication with management, guests and team members.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Adequately schedules Non-For-Profit groups and Concessions team members to meet operational needs and target goals.
• Ensures compliance for Non-For-Profit groups policies, licensures, and procedures in accordance to Levy Core Signatures
• Engages regularly with staff and volunteers providing a high level of customer service
• Manages relationships with Non-for-Profit groups to ensure standard operating procedures are met providing follow up and continued guidance
• Consistent and constant feedback and communication to ensure retention and responsiveness
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Coordinator’s focus is on the responsibilities of staffing for the Concessions department. This position is responsible for recruiting, training and retention of the Concessions Department including a strong focus on scheduling volunteer groups based on Levy guidelines. They will collaborate with colleagues to execute projects with increasing participation from prospective groups, volunteers, employees and other key constituents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adequately schedules Non-For-Profit groups and Concessions team members to meet operational needs and target goals.
• Ensures compliance for Non-For- Profit groups policies, licensures, and procedures in accordance to Levy Core Signatures
• Engages regularly with staff and volunteers providing a high level of customer service
