Job summary

Bostik in Wisconsin seeks a New Product Introduction Specialist to manage product setup in SAP and related systems, coordinating with Product Management, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to ensure data, approvals, and workflows are on schedule.

You will drive cross-functional alignment, evaluate setup requests, monitor master data quality, and support commercialization readiness, while identifying process improvements to shorten cycle times and promote

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid understanding of ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate setup of new materials and products in SAP and related systems.
• Evaluate requests for completeness, consistency, and compliance.
• Review BOM and product information, flag inconsistencies, and suggest corrections.
• Serve as regional liaison for NPI setup workflows and cross-functional launches.
• Identify opportunities to improve NPI workflows and data quality.
