Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or similar.
- Leadership and effective communication across cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter and metric driven with cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong project tracking and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality initiatives for new parts, processes, and NPI.
- Own equipment qualification activities and serve as process quality expert.
- Travel to supplier and manufacturing sites for planning and runoffs.
- Develop qualification plans with AME and suppliers.
- Lead gage development and metrology activities.
- Maintain QMS documentation and ensure ISO standard compliance.
