Job summary

SI-BONE is seeking a highly analytical Project Manager, NPI, to lead our growing portfolio of new product introductions in the San Jose, CA area. The role interfaces with cross-functional teams and supports continuous improvement of systems and processes, with occasional travel (10-20%).

You will manage timelines, coordinate across engineering, regulatory and marketing, and ensure compliance with FDA QSRs and ISO 13485.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Project/Program Management.
• Experience in orthopedics is highly desired; spine experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage key NPI, product enhancement, or non-standard product initiatives.
• Independently create and manage project timelines across multiple initiatives.
• Assign, coordinate, and assist with deliverables from initiation to launch.
• Work with management and Product Marketing to plan, scope, resourcing and budgeting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate to leadership as needed.
