Job summary

IMI Norgren is seeking a NPI Project Buyer at their Palmer, MA location. In this role, you will manage procurement activities for new product introductions, ensure supplier alignment, and achieve project cost objectives. This hybrid position requires onsite presence approximately once a week.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and experience in Project Purchasing. Competitive salary between $95,000 and $115,000 annually, with comprehensive health and wellness benefits.

• Proven experience in Project Purchasing in an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally under time pressure.
