Qualifications

• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Typically 4-6 years experience.
• Experience supporting NPI programs.
• Experience in memory commodity or semiconductor environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain or commodity operations.
• Experience using AI tools and technologies is a plus.
• Process optimization and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with project planning tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities, resources, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional communications to deliver product on schedule and within budget.
• Develop schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans for assigned programs.
• Coordinate activities of project teams and partners; adjust plans to meet requirements.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; implement changes.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff.
