Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Puerto Rico (on-site) is seeking a New Product Introduction Program Manager to drive engineering development and cross-functional execution. You will coordinate multiple projects, manage schedules, budgets, and resources while guiding a team through complex programs.

Ideal candidates bring a PMP, 4–6 years in NPI, and experience in memory/semiconductor environments, with strong analytical and communication skills in English and local language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Typically 4-6 years experience, with NPI program experience.
• Experience in memory commodity or semiconductor environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain or commodity operations.
• Experience using AI tools and technologies is a plus.
• Process optimization and continuous improvement experience.
• Using project planning tools and software to create, manage, and track results.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating matrixed teams and resources.
• Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; mastery in English and local language.
• Ability to communicate program plans and negotiate with management levels.

Responsibilities

• Manages a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation for a subsystem or component.
• Develops schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans for assigned program.
• Coordinates activities of project teams and partners; tracks progress and adjusts schedule and resources as needed to meet requirements.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; collaborates to implement changes within budgets and roadmaps.
• Leads and mentors less-experienced staff.
