Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. in San Diego seeks an NPI Staff Program Analyst to coordinate New Product Introduction activities across engineering and business teams.

This role requires in-person presence in San Diego five days a week and close collaboration with suppliers to align build plans and milestones. You will monitor material flow, manage POs, track WIP, and support transitions from NPI to production while identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, CS or related field (or equivalent).
• Associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand the overall product lifecycle and key milestones.
• Generate build plans with cross-functional teams and drive plans with suppliers to meet NPI milestones.
• Identify material and hardware requirements and coordinate BOM procurement with suppliers.
• Monitor critical milestones, test release dates, product revisions, and quality issues; communicate status to stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management/CS/Engineering or related field

Associate's degree in Science/Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience

High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience
