Job summary

Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. seeks an experienced Material Planning Manager (MPM) to own end-to-end material planning and supply chain for the Nep program at the US SMT plant, coordinating demand forecasting, MRP, procurement, inventory and supplier management.

You will build the local material planning system and team from the ground up, ensure on-time ramp-up, manage kitting, CTB analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with HQ, customers, R&D, production and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in SCM, IE, logistics, electronics or related field.
• 5+ years of material planning or supply chain management in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team and overseas plant setup preferred; Chinese language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate forecasts into material demand and run MRP to determine net requirements.
• Develop supply plans for long-lead materials and manage inventory levels.
• Lead CTB analysis to identify material gaps and drive readiness reviews.
• Coordinate procurement, POs, and supplier performance; manage shortages and escalations.
• Manage NPI material readiness through EVT/DVT/PVT and ramp-up; ensure BOM/ECN alignment.
• Build local material planning team and processes.
