Job summary

Tanisha Systems is seeking an NPI Buyer Planner to manage material planning, procurement, and supplier coordination for prototype to production builds in a semiconductor-related environment. You will develop schedules, forecast demand, and drive on-time launches while maintaining ERP/MRP data accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in buyer/planner roles, strong Excel/data analysis skills, and experience with SAP/Oracle/Epicor/NetSuite.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
3–5+ years in buyer/planner roles.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, NetSuite).
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Ability to manage suppliers and schedules in fast-paced environments.
Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production, inventory, and project schedules for NPI and manufacturing.
Forecast material demand based on engineering builds and sales projections.
Create and manage purchase orders for components.
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
Maintain ERP/MRP data including BOMs and lead times.
Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Track build readiness and communicate risks to production.
