Job summary

Firestorm, based in San Diego, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the transition from design to production of UAV platforms. The role involves hands-on problem solving, development of manufacturing processes, and close work with engineers and teams on the production floor. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or production engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Willingness to spend significant time on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Support DFM and DFA reviews by analyzing drawings and 3D models.
• Develop work instructions with procedures and criteria.
• Assist in the design of assembly fixtures and jigs.
