Job summary

Intepros is seeking a Senior Manager, NPI Finance & Strategic Initiatives in the Chicago area. This Finance Operations leader will govern financial performance for selected NPI programs and major awards, coordinating with multiple functions to connect business-case assumptions with execution and outcomes.

The role focuses on establishing standardized coding, methodologies and reporting to enable reliable program-level P&L visibility and value realization across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in operational, corporate or program finance.
• Experience linking milestones to revenue, margin, cash flow and investment returns.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial governance and performance management for selected NPI programs.
• Provide financial leadership for major awards and enterprise initiatives.
• Create program-level P&L visibility and reporting from award through revenue realization.
• Build scalable NPI finance framework including coding, data, and reporting standards.
