Job summary
Cretex Medical Component and Device Technologies is looking for an NPI Engineer III to lead the development, validation, and launch of new products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring efficient processes are created and maintained in a cleanroom environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in 3D CAD software. A competitive salary range of USD $90,800.00 - USD $136,200.00 per year is offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required.
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting essential.
- Experience in ISO13485/GMP environments is critical.
Responsibilities
- Lead root cause analysis on processes and equipment.
- Develop and validate new processes to ensure quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
